Phantom, Shadow and Ghost are all ideal "hybrid" wheel for smooth concrete or dirty tile surfaces when you need a lot of grip. Not far off a traditional 78a outdoor wheel, these are also great if you wish to skate with a bit more firmness and some grooves for grip. Radar offers more styles of hybrid wheels than anyone.
