Returns and Warranty Policy

Products purchased from Shiner Town are selected for maximum fun, quality and affordability.

If you believe that you are entitled to a warranty claim for a product that you purchased through Shiner Town, please read the following guidelines to assist you in making a claim.


You can exchange an item within 10 days of receiving your order if it’s the wrong size or you changed your mind. We don't provide refunds under these circumstances. To exchange an item, please contact Shiner Town as soon as possible.

Repair Replacement Refund

Action would be in order where the goods have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase. For Minor isolated faults, repair or replacement of the part will be considered first to return the item to its intended use quickly. Replacement or refund of the item may be subjected to the manufacturer warranty procedures.

If a refund is required, the customer should:

  1. Contact Shiner Town immediately when the fault is noticed.
  2. Provide details of the fault with images if necessary.
  3. Provide proof of purchase.
  4. Stop using the faulty goods.

Cash refunds will only be made if the original payment was made in cash, refunds of payments made using Credit Cards or PayPal will be returned using that method. 

For all exchanges and returns that require postage, the cost of the postage is covered by the consumer. This includes posting items to and from Shiner Town.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items:
Gift certificates, lessons and custom-built skates.
hazardous materials, or flammable liquids

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items are non-refundable

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
